Individual Spiritual Direction at Bithiah Soul Care is for those who desire a companion on their personal journey. Spiritual Direction is not therapy. There is no mentorship in the traditional sense. Spiritual Direction is a space to be heard and explore, together, where the Divine may exist in your life. Spiritual Direction can be just as helpful to the wounded and skeptic as to the lifelong believer.

Identity and Community

Are you asking yourself where to go from here? Do you need space to share your story? Do you desire to become unstuck? Spiritual Direction through a lens of identity and community focuses not only on where you are but where you may go. How can you be fully yourself where you are? What steps can you take to deepen your relationship with yourself, God, and the community? What is unique about your life?

OPEN INVITATION

Spiritual Direction through the lens of an open invitation simply means that you show up as you are, with whatever you carry, and we go from there. There is no agenda. The open invitation is from me to you and you to yourself and the Devine. This is often the most life-giving method.
